Wake up Ole World, It's Easter Day!
Easter Egg Hunts
Kelsey loved her little plastic eggs!
Here she is at home after our MOPS egg hunt...
Here she is at home after our MOPS egg hunt...
exhausted but loving on her eggs!
My mom and I took her an egg hunt at Rippon Lodge. The setting was gorgeous and the competition was fierce! :)
Waiting in line for the starting whistle...
Grandma was determined to run with Kelseyto give her a fighting chance!
Kelsey was so excited when the egg hunt started. She was running and yelling, "Hurry, Hurry!
Bless her heart, she only got like two eggs!
That is... until the "Blessed Man" (as he is now called in our house)brought a whole bucket of eggs on reserve and
started throwing them right near Kelsey!

Kelsey was in heaven! Especially when she found some rocks!
Spring Has Spring
Thank goodness spring has finally sprung here in Virgina!
We've been waiting and waiting for the warm weather.
Kelsey loves being outside, and she loves to "go walking!"
We've discovered that she is quite the "collector" of all things nature,
and is often seen walking around our neighborhood
with her little green bucket full of acorns, sticks, and rocks!
We met some friends for lunch last week,
and of course she found her treasures!
Every morning Kelsey wakes up with an agenda
of what she wants for breakfast and what show she wants to watch.
She'll say, in this order, "Juice, Kix, Ernie, Blanket... warm!"
or "Juice, Cheerios, Tigger and Pooh, Blanket.... warm!"
Ha ha!

I have no idea why, but she every time she drawssomething, it's a doggy! This looks JUST like one, huh!
She loves to play outside on our back deck.I've recently introduced her to matchbox cars,
and I think this has spawned a new fascination with wheels.
